Cynthia C. Machol

I am an experienced educator, certified librarian, instructional leader, and trained school administrator with dual Master’s degrees in Library and Information Science and Secondary English Education, as well as Connecticut certification in Intermediate Administration and Supervision. My background spans classroom instruction, literacy leadership, library services, and educational leadership, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of teaching, learning, and school improvement. I bring a passion for literacy, information management, educational technology, and collaborative leadership to every learning environment. My goal is to support diverse learners, foster a lifelong love of reading, empower educators through instructional leadership, and create inclusive, innovative programs that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and academic success.
